Production facilities

National Drug production facilities comprise dispensing booths, granulation suits, tablet compression suits, coating, encapsulation, powder filling and cap sealing, washing, storage of cleaned equipment, intermediate storage, blistering, primary packaging and secondary packaging operation. Raw and primary packaging material warehouse, finished goods warehouse and utility services are also integrated with the production facilities.

Strength of Production

  • Compliance with cGMP regulations of World Health Organization (WHO) and The Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA).
  • Processing and primary packaging areas are maintained at Class 100,000 or Class EU-D and/or Roche E2.
  • Logical flow of materials and personnel movement.
  • Access control in the restricted areas.
  • High cleanliness practice.
  • Major machines are of Germany and EU compliance.
  • Mutual respect among the staff .
